After thoroughly cleaning area to be repaired, dampen surface well with clean water, but remove excess water and do not leave puddles. For best adhesion on build-up layers or repair to old surface, first apply a \"slurry\" mixture of BondsOn (obtained by adding 3 parts water to 1 part powder and brushing on like paint film). This will eliminate air pockets and assure bonding to old surface. Then, apply basic mixture before slurry coat dries. Note: Use only when surface temperature is above 40°F (4°C) for 24 hours. Do not allow the mixture to freeze before it has cured.
