Flexibility is important because the caulk on your home can undergo extreme expansion and contraction with harsh weather and temperature fluctuations. Because GE Supreme Silicone Window & Door has +/- 50 percent joint movement, the caulk can move and flex with the joint helping to keep the caulk from tearing or pulling away from the surface. Movement can cause degraded acrylic caulk to crack and crumble over time, leaving gaps for air and water to seep through. Those gaps can lead to water damage, mold growth and higher energy bills.

Size: 299 mL

Color: Clear

Withstands extreme expansion or contraction that can occur with temperature fluctuations

Movement capability allows the caulk to move within the joint

Can be exposed to water in one hour

Extra flex for extreme joint movement, harsh weather and temperature fluctuations

Caulk that keeps water out over time is a necessity in window, door, attic and basement applications

Shrink/crack proof

100 percent silicone

Non-paintable

Resists: Sun, freeze, water and weather

Applicable materials: Wood, metal, vinyl siding, masonry, brick, concrete, drywall or plaster, glass and plastic.

Additional Info

By developing strength and adhesion quickly, GE Supreme Silicone Window & Door caulk can be exposed to water in just 30 minutes.
